IC Storage Conditions:
A sealed bag is 12 months life if stored below 30 °C at less than 60% RH (include HIC, desiccant).
IC Bake information:
If bag is opened, please mount IC within 168 hours floor life.
Over floor life time, suggest bake.
Our products are rated MSL3, indicating that storage and assembly SMT process must be compliant with IPC/JEDEC j-std-033.
Baking instructions must comply with table 4-1 of j-std-033 as a package body list.
